1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

bpexch app is an online gaming and sports betting platform intended strictly for adults. To register and use the platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activity in your jurisdiction.

If a player is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately, any winnings will be forfeited and any deposits will be returned where applicable. bpexch app takes its commitment to keeping underage players off the platform seriously and will act without delay when there is any suspicion of underage use.

You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted. Employees, agents or affiliates of bpexch app and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts.

2. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on bpexch app. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or any other variation — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, bpexch app will close the additional accounts and may withhold balances and bonuses associated with them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. bpexch app will not be liable for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate information on your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password and any security codes. Do not share your login details with anyone. bpexch app will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from a failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact bpexch app support immediately.

Account registration is free. There are no charges for creating or maintaining an account on bpexch app beyond the deposits you choose to make for gaming purposes.

3. Deposits and Payments

All account balances and transactions on bpexch app are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer via IBFT, debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks, and selected mobile wallets. Supported methods may be updated from time to time and the current list is shown on the Deposit page.

Deposits must come from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Using payment methods belonging to another person is not permitted. bpexch app may require verification that the payment source belongs to you before processing a withdrawal.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method. bpexch app does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside bpexch app's control.

Deposits are credited to your bpexch app account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed within seconds. Bank transfers and card deposits may take a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear within the expected window, note your transaction reference from your payment app and contact support.

bpexch app does not accept deposits from third parties, credit accounts on behalf of others or process deposits intended for accounts other than the one making the request. Any funds deposited in error may be subject to processing fees if a reversal is required.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure your funds go to an account you own and control.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. bpexch app may request copies of identity documents or proof of payment method ownership as part of this process. Withdrawals will not be processed to unverified accounts.

Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be completed or removed before a withdrawal can be requested. Attempting to withdraw funds while bonus wagering requirements remain incomplete may result in the bonus being forfeited. If you wish to withdraw without completing a bonus, contact support and the bonus can be removed from your account, though the bonus amount will not be paid out.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. bpexch app aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 to 72 hours during normal operation. Processing times during peak periods, public holidays or high demand windows such as major PSL matches may be longer. bpexch app will communicate any delays through account notifications.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bpexch app offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, cashback offers and event-specific promotions tied to cricket tournaments including PSL, T20 World Cups and other major series.

Each promotion has its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds for sports betting bonuses, time limits and maximum cashout restrictions. Key rules that apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion:

• One bonus claim per player per promotion unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
• bpexch app reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or fraudulent intent.
• Players who open multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will have both accounts closed and winnings forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified. Expired bonuses are removed from accounts without payout.
• bpexch app may modify, suspend or withdraw a promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed and are actively working through wagering requirements will not be affected by mid-promotion changes.

6. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on bpexch app are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, as displayed within the betting section at the time of placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In the event of a palpable error in pricing — a clearly incorrect price significantly out of line with the true market — bpexch app reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake. This will only be applied in clear cases of pricing error, not as a general right to void unfavourable settled bets.

In-play bets on cricket, football and other sports are accepted subject to connectivity and the live data feed being active. Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to connectivity delay or any other reason — will be voided. bpexch app is not liable for network issues on the player's side that result in bets being placed at unintended moments.

Match postponements, abandonment and other interruptions are handled in accordance with the rules for the specific market. Generally, if a cricket match is abandoned before a result is achieved, bets will be settled according to the minimum overs or period rules for the relevant format. bpexch app reserves the right to limit bet amounts on individual markets, restrict a player's betting activity, or close a betting account if there is evidence of match fixing, collusion, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

7. Responsible Gaming

bpexch app is committed to providing an entertainment platform that supports responsible gaming. Gambling is meant to be a recreational activity and should always be played within a budget you can afford to lose. It should never be used as a way to recover financial losses or solve financial problems.

bpexch app provides the following responsible gaming tools to all players:

8. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bpexch app and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal or payment information.
• Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets, spin slots or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino tables.
• Placing bets with knowledge of match-fixing, insider information or corrupted event outcomes.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or through coordinated abuse of promotional terms.
• Any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds of illegal origin.
• Allowing a third party to operate your account or operating another player's account on their behalf.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Reasons may include but are not limited to: suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms and Conditions, failure to complete verification, or unusual account activity requiring investigation.

During a suspension or investigation, access to funds may be temporarily withheld. If the investigation concludes that no rule breach has occurred, funds will be released promptly. If a breach is confirmed, bpexch app may withhold some or all of the balance in accordance with the seriousness of the breach and applicable policies.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after completion of the standard verification process.

10. Limitation of Liability

bpexch app provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uptime and stability, bpexch app does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses arising from technical downtime, connectivity issues, game interruptions or any event outside its direct control.

bpexch app is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to manage their account securely, including losses from unauthorised access due to shared or compromised credentials. Players are responsible for their own hardware, internet connection and security practices.

bpexch app's liability to any player in respect of any claim is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the relevant session in which the issue occurred. bpexch app will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits bpexch app's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data

bpexch app collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and throughout your use of the platform is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and improvement of platform services. bpexch app does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your payment details are handled through secure, encrypted channels. bpexch app does not store full card numbers or mobile wallet PINs. All payment data is handled in accordance with applicable security standards for digital transactions in Pakistan.

12. Amendments to Terms

bpexch app may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date shown at the top. For material changes, bpexch app will notify players through an in-platform notification or via the email address registered to your account.

Continuing to use the platform after an update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
